How To Make Money Online Philippines

So how to make money online? There are gurus out there that are earnings six figures monthly from their blog/s. Meaning that they have more authority over me, so who am I talking about making money online?

First, I wouldn't bother introducing my name. But because I just received my first online earnings via google adsense, I think that I have the authority creating post like this, and yeah, making it as a sticky post.

I first discovered that you can make money online by doing online surveys. But before you can start on that, the survey-taking sites ask you to make a one time payment, but paying online for something you are not assure of always makes me hesitant.

But with that, I stumbled with the google adsense program, and then everythig is history.

So let's start talking about the title.

My real goal for making this post is to tell to newbies, that you can really make money online. Simply because I am the proof! Who am I, I ask to myself. I'm just a regular guy from the country of Philippines who does a 8-5 job as a programmer. I'm not good at english, just enough to type some basic, not-so-special sentence to create a blog.

So if you think that your some kind of regular guy, who doesn't seem possible making money online, hey, look at me, a regular guy who doesn't have superb skills, yet have earned through this blog.

I earned online through affiliate programs, currently I am using google adsense and infolinks.

Proofs? I will post my scanned western union payment on my next article, so watch out as I post my next article entitled "My First Adsense Earnings".

Bing.com misspelled as beng.com - beng

Just like how surfers mistakenly use google as googel, microsoft's search engine is also facing the same user mistake. Just like googel on google, bing.com has its own variants as beng.com. Bing had became beng.

This mistake is common on most arabic countries where the vowel "e" is interchangeably used as "i" and vice versa.

So what so you expect for a blogger like me but to target and hijack this keyword. Though the global monthly search for beng.com is just a poor 265 searches, I still decided to throw some paragraph for this.

The purpose of this post is to educate surfers who came to this page instead of microsoft bing.com.

Hey, if that's you, it's bing.com and not beng.com okay?

However, if you happened to be a guerrilla blogger like me, are you sure you want to compete with me with that 260 monthly visitors? Go and get some keywords worth of your time.

Why not try the keyword beng beng? I don't know but it has eleven million monthly searches globally. Beng beng is a good keyword compared to beng.com isn't it?

September 10, 2010 Officially Announced As Regular Holiday - Philippines

Philippines is scheduled to take a holiday as the Ramadan Feasts ends

To promote cultural understanding and integration, the entire Filipino nation should have the full opportunity to join their Muslim brothers and sisters in the observance and celebration of Eid’l Fitr

Malacanang Palace had officially declared the tenth day of this month (September) as a regular non working holiday for the entire country.

The declaration was made in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of September, Two Thousand and Ten.

This is another long weekend for the government employees, true, though President Noynoy Aquino didn't moved the actual celebration's date. Not like former President Arroyo's regime where she moved holidays' dates for government employees enjoyment.

Current Philippines president Benigno Noynoy Aquino had known from not moving actual celbration dates which was previously proven on Ninoy Aquino's death commemoration last August 21, 2010. Ninoy Aquino Day which turned out to be Saturday celebrated on the same day even if government employees don't need to go to work on that holiday.

September 10, 2010 is the country's showing of respect to our Muslim brothers.

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9177 declared Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan) as a regular holiday throughout the country;

WHEREAS, Eid’l Fitr is celebrated by the Muslim World for three (3) days after the end of the month of fasting;

WHEREAS, the main date for the celebration of Eid’l Fitr for the year 2010 has been determined to fall on Friday, September 10, 2010;

WHEREAS, to promote cultural understanding and integration, the entire Filipino nation should have full opportunity to join their Muslim brother and sisters in the observance and celebration of Eid’l Fitr;

WHEREAS, in order to bring the religious and cultural significance of the Eid’l Fitr to the fore of national consciousness, it is necessary to declare Friday, September 10, 2010 as a regular holiday throughout the country.

With this, Pacquiao favors the eyes of the boxing fans. Not to mention that the Filipino champion was coined as the "Fighter Of The Decade", Manny Pacquiao's fights were known to have performed uncheatedly.

Pacquiao is about to face Margarito despite of the Mexican’s obvious height advantage. Margarito stands 5-foot-11, have a 6-inch advantage over the 5-foot-6 Filipino boxer. But who's the underdog for this fight is really the question.

The boxing match is set to clash on November 13, 2010.

If Pacquiao won this match, he will set a new record for having an eight title for eight different devisions, now isn't that something?

The fight will be for the WBC 154-pound title which Argentinian boxer Sergio Martinez vacated earlier this year.

After you reached the minimum payout of adsense, which is 100 US dollars, publishers like us have three options on how we can get our payment from google.

First option is the "Standard Delivery" system, where google will send our checks on a snail mail which can reach us within three to four weeks from the date of mailing. 3-4 weeks according to google's estimation, but it could take longer in reality. But the time length on when you can receive your payment is not the real issue for this option. The major concern here is the assurance that your check will reach your hand or not. Especially on our country here in the Philippines where opening of mails in post office is very much expected, we call them crocodiles people. So that's for this option, but I never recommend this, nor anyone as far as I know.

Second option is "Secured Express Delivery" system where check will be received in a week, according to google. As the name implies, "secured" and "express", this option is more secure and a lot faster. The only problem is it would cost you twenty dollars, but twenty dollars for a newbie like me (as of now, that is, smile) will hurt much, so I didn't choose this option. But if you're some kind of pro who didn't mind of spending twenty dollars, this is the option for you.

Third option is the "Western Union Quick Cash" system, which carry both the "fast" and "secure" definition on it. It is fast because you can get your payment the next day the payment was issued on your adsense account. Secure because it's system is under western union, a known international company that use as a money transfer all over the world. And did I mentioned that it is free?

In short, I chose western union quick cash option.
And this is what happened.

I went to a western union center here on our city and told to the teller that I will receive money. So she hand me over a western union form to fill it up, so I did. But there's a field there that ask about your relationship with the sender, this got me confused. I explained it to the teller and she just told me to put "Employer" instead, but of course! So i put on "Employer" on the "relationship to the sender" field and wrote "Google Inc." as the first name, I left the last name blank.

I completed the form and hand it back to the teller, which told me to sit and wait for a while for processing. Nervously waiting, I told my wife-to-be to take a picture of me if I receive the money later.

I'm a littler nervous, not because I'm doubtful if my transaction will be denied, but because this is my first time having my online income came into reality.

After not less than five minutes or so, the teller gave the money. I previously asked her to have the one hundred dollars bill unchanged to my local currency and the remaining would be on five hundreds, since I am withdrawing 145.37 US dollars.

So I posed with my hundred dollars and some few five hundred pesos bills and the western union receive money form. The two teller jokingly ask me to get in the picture too, so I told them to smile on my background. We took two shots and what you can see in this post is the best shot.

Hurricane earl's update on it's wind speed, direction and air pressure

Hurricane Earl had acquired its name as it became stronger from a tropical storm which is now has a 135 miles per hour wind speed, with a direction of west north west with a movement of 13 miles per hour, air pressure is 935mb. This update is updated August 31, 2010 9pm.

Hurricane Earl is now on category 4 - Major Hurricane.

According to the hurricane center, hurricane earl affects Anguilla, Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, St. Barthelemy, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Martin/Maarten in the northern Leewards. Also, a hurricane watch was issued for the British and U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
