It's been 2012, year of the water dragon as our fellow Chinese calls it to be, end of the world according to the extinct race - the Mayan.
But before anything else, we are expecting to at least hear this year's State Of the Nation Address or SONA 2012 of Philippine President Benigno Noynoy PNoy Aquino III.
As stated in Article VII, Section 23 of the 1987 Philippines Constitution:
The President shall address the Congress at the opening of its regular session. He may also appear before it at any other time.
